We cut the fish on site in the window on Neptunigatan and roll every piece by hand. The salmon is flame-seared right before it goes in the box, so it reaches you with a smoky surface and a soft centre.
Aqua Sushi was built from scratch and is a small restaurant in Malmö focused on sushi takeaway and delivery. The dream is to grow together with our guests.

Every fish we serve has the paperwork.
We only use MSC- and ASC-certified fish and seafood. Our shrimp and tuna come from an MSC-certified sustainable fishery. Our salmon, vannamei shrimp and hiramasa kingfish come from a responsibly sourced, ASC-certified farm.
